• Connect with clients and understand their financial protection needs
• Help individuals and families explore life insurance options that fit their goals
• Educate clients so they can make confident, informed decisions
• Build relationships based on trust, service, and follow-through
• Continue learning products, systems, and sales skills to grow your business

What we are looking for

• Strong communication skills
• Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable building relationships and helping people make important decisions
• Organized and able to manage follow-up consistently
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required

Licensing

Insurance licensing is required for this role. If you are not yet licensed, we provide training and support to help you get started.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with a performance-based, commission-only structure. There is no cap on earnings. Income depends on production and effort.
