We’re looking for a personable, organized, and service-minded professional who is passionate about helping people succeed and creating an exceptional member experience.
No health or fitness experience required—we provide the training. We’re looking for someone who is great with people, proactive, organized, and genuinely cares about helping others.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:- Onboard and support new members.
- Help members navigate our apps and services.
- Perform medical-grade body composition analysis (training provided).
- Conduct quarterly 1:1 member success calls.
- Help members navigate challenges and stay on track.
- Manage member follow-up, milestones, birthdays & special touches.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and lead nurturing.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Great with people & excellent customer service skills.
- Highly organized, proactive & dependable.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable learning new technology and systems.
- Health & fitness experience NOT required — we provide training!
