We are currently seeking a Security Analysis Senior Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job Title: Privileged Access Management (PAM) Administrator - BeyondTrust
Job Summary-
We are seeking an experienced Privilege Access Management (PAM) Administrator to manage, administer, and support the BeyondTrust Password Safe platform. The role will be responsible for maintaining PAM operations, onboarding privileged accounts, managing policies, troubleshooting platform issues, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with established security standards and operational processes.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in BeyondTrust PAM, privileged account lifecycle management, incident and change management, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient privileged access operations.

Key Responsibilities-
PAM Platform Administration-
• Administer and manage the BeyondTrust Password Safe (PSV) environment.
• Manage onboarding of privileged accounts and target systems into the BeyondTrust platform.
• Create, design, and manage folders, access structures, and permissions.
• Configure and maintain PAM policies, account management settings, and user access controls.
• Perform daily health checks and platform monitoring activities.
• Manage BeyondTrust licenses and utilization; proactively highlight utilization exceeding 90%.
User and Account Management-
• Perform privileged account lifecycle management, including provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning.
• Add, modify, and remove BeyondTrust Password Safe Vault administrators and users.
• Manage privileged account onboarding, password management, verification, reconciliation, and access controls.
• Process user requests for accounts, policies, folders, and permissions in accordance with approved procedures.
Incident, Request & Change Management-
• Handle Incident, Service Request, Change, and Problem Management activities.
• Troubleshoot operational issues related to BeyondTrust infrastructure and components.
• Respond to PAM platform alerts, including: 
o Component failures
o Password change failures
o Verify and reconcile failures
o Out-of-sync alerts
o Server restart alerts
• Coordinate issue resolution with infrastructure, Active Directory, Security, and application support teams.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management-
• Coordinate with BeyondTrust support for product-related issues.
• Raise, track, and follow up on technical support tickets through BeyondTrust support channels.
• Engage with stakeholders and technical teams including: 
o Active Directory (AD) Team
o Infrastructure Team
o Security Operations Team
o SIEM Team
o Application Owners
Reporting & Compliance-
• Generate and distribute standard BeyondTrust out-of-the-box reports.
• Support internal and external audits by providing evidence and remediation assistance.
• Ensure adherence to security policies, governance requirements, and industry best practices.
• Follow BeyondTrust recommended standards and operational guidelines.
Documentation & Process Management-
• Maintain and update operational runbooks, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Ensure PAM operational procedures are followed and documented accurately.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and operational reviews.
Project & Enhancement Support-
• Support new privileged account onboarding initiatives.
• Assist with platform enhancements and feature enablement activities.
• Participate in project-based activities related to: 
o New server onboarding
o New privileged account types
o PAM platform enhancements
o Security integration initiatives

Required Skills & Experience-
Technical Skills-
• Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust Password Safe (PSV) administration.
• Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and best practices.
• Experience in privileged account lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Active Directory integration and user access management.
• Understanding of password rotation, verification, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with incident, change, request, and problem management processes.
• Familiarity with SIEM and security monitoring integrations.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
Desired Skills-
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Experience supporting audits and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and privileged access governance.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Qualifications-
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field.
• Experience in PAM administration and support.
• Experience with BeyondTrust PAM/Password Safe is highly preferred.
• Industry certifications such as Security+, CISSP, BeyondTrust Certifications, or IAM/PAM-related certifications are advantageous.
