This role is versatile, requiring flexibility to perform a wide range of tasks including maintenance, cleaning, assisting with production, and supporting other staff as needed.Responsibilities:Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and facilities.Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, or equipment upkeep.Support production teams by moving materials, stocking supplies, and preparing workstations.Operate basic tools and equipment safely and effectively.Follow safety guidelines and report hazards or equipment malfunctions.Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in maintenance, janitorial, or general labor roles is an advantage.Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.BakeMark is not accepting unsolicited assistance from search firms for this employment opportunity.
