Maintenance Supervisor

Supervisor, Machine MaintenanceNesco Resource is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Machine Maintenance for a growing advanced manufacturing company in the Lowell area. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, leading a team, and driving preventive maintenance initiatives in a fast-paced industrial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support maintenance technicians while coordinating daily maintenance activities.Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery, pumps, motors, valves, control systems, and facility equipment.Manage preventive maintenance schedules and work orders using a CMMS system.Oversee equipment installations, modifications, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.Promote a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA regulations, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and other safety procedures.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electromechanical equipment.Experience using CMMS software and Microsoft Office.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Welding and plasma cutting experience is a plus.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Salary: $35-$38 based on experience Shift 1st (Monday through Friday)Why Apply?Stable, growing manufacturing companyLeadership opportunity with hands-on responsibilitiesCompetitive pay and benefitsLong-term career growthDirect Hire opportunityApply today and take the next step in your maintenance leadership career with Nesco Resource!
