Job Title: Senior .NET Developer (Azure & Azure DevOps)

Rate: 45 on w2
Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps to design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern .NET frameworks, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+
- Build and deploy cloud-based applications leveraging Microsoft Azure services
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and deliver features
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
- Ensure application performance, security, and reliability
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure services, including:
- Azure App Services
- Azure Functions
- Azure Storage (Blob, Table, Queue)
- Azure SQL / Cosmos DB
- Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Releases)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Experience in microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus)
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, Web Services, and API security
- Good understanding of Entity Framework, LINQ, and database design
- Familiar with Git version control systems
Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Angular / React / frontend frameworks
- Knowledge of Terraform / ARM templates / Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices
- Certification in Microsoft Azure (AZ-204, AZ-400)
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
