Job Description

We are seeking an Automotive Technician/Automotive Mechanic to independently service passenger vehicles, light trucks, and SUVs. This role performs diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across key vehicle systems, with a potential pathway to become a lead technician.

Responsibilities

Perform vehicle diagnostics using appropriate diagnostic equipment and OBD-II systems.
Service and repair brake systems.
Diagnose and repair engines and transmissions.
Identify and resolve automotive electrical issues.
Perform heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) service.
Complete preventive maintenance and accurately assess vehicle repair needs.

Required Qualifications

Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience in automotive repair.
Experience with automotive diagnostic equipment and OBD-II diagnostics.
Knowledge of engine repair, brake systems, and electrical systems.
Experience performing preventive maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
State inspection license is helpful.
