Role Overview AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our family and provide exceptional care during weekend shifts. The primary purpose is to oversee nursing operations, ensure resident care quality, guarantee compliance with regulatory standards, and provide leadership to staff. Responsibilities Oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts, ensuring quality resident care and regulatory compliance. Provide leadership to staff, support professional development, maintain accurate documentation, and foster a safe, respectful environment. Qualifications Current RN license in good standing. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in long‑term care. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of infection control protocols and regulatory compliance.
