Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in School Psychology required
• Active School Psychologist license for the state of Michigan
• Experience working within schools is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong commitment to supporting students with diverse needs, including moderate to severe disabilities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct educational, psychological, and behavioral assessments to inform student support plans
• Develop and implement individualized interventions tailored to student needs
• Serve as a resource and consultant for educators and families regarding student learning, behavior, and mental health
• Participate in the IEP process, ensuring all services align with state and federal guidelines
• Promote a safe and inclusive school climate, providing crisis intervention as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations
