CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Powder Coat Applicator candidates in the Methuen, MA area. Ready to put your powder coating expertise to work with a growing manufacturer? We're seeking an experienced Powder Coat Applicator to join our team on 2nd shift. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity offering a long weekend every week!Responsibilities:Apply powder coatings in a production environment according to established specifications and procedures.Ensure proper coating coverage, finish quality, and compliance with thickness requirements.Use proper coating coverage, finish thickness measurement tools to verify quality standards.Work with a variety of powder coating colors, textures, and finishes to meet production requirements.Maintain quality standards while promoting a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Desired Background/Skills:Three or more years of powder coating experience required.Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.Understanding of coating mil thickness requirements and specifications.Experience using coating thickness inspection and measurement tools.Ability to work with a variety of powder types, colors, and textures.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Other Information:Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AMFridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Off$22-$27/hour, based on experienceIf you're a skilled powder coat professional looking for a stable opportunity with competitive pay and a 3-day weekend every week.
