Job Responsibilities

• Provide backend configuration, maintenance, and support for applications including Jamf, Apple Enterprise Services, Apple ABM, and Microsoft Intune.
• Plan detailed requirements for new and changing infrastructure services.
• Build and prepare packages for automated deployment and self-service.
• Create solution documentation for Global Help Desk support of end users.
• Manage overall security frameworks and practices for desktop services and integrated technologies.
• Partner with clients and portfolio owners to assist with technology implementation initiatives.
• Stay up to date on the latest technologies and solutions.
• Provide coordination for architecture of systems, including feedback on project requests and timing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in administering Jamf, Intune, or other MDM solutions for Mac endpoints.
• 1 year of experience in identity and access management.
• Advanced scripting knowledge (bash, python, etc.).
• Experience dealing with security incidents.
• Ability to prioritize based on criticality.
• Must be available for 5 days onsite in Atlanta, GA.

Preferences

• Previous experience with Zscaler and Antivirus technologies.
• Strong ability to balance security and usability.
