Quick Service/Restaurant Director of Operations

Seeking a Director of Operations for our Athens, Georgia market . This Director will supervise our retail vending and micro market operations, overseeing financial and operational responsibilities. This Director of Operations will be the face of our company, visiting accounts and clients, working with retail operations leaders and teams to maintain our high standards of customer service satisfaction and account retention .

(RELOCATION ASSISTANCE IS PROVIDED)

Essential responsibilities will include :

Financial and operational responsibility of each team leader in the division
Direct supervision of Retail Team Managers and route drivers
Responsibility of budgets and profitability
Interviewing, hiring and training retail market and vending employees
Warehouse inventory management
Regular client visits
Supporting sales activities, including client presentations, grand opening events, trade shows, etc.

Qualifying backgrounds should include :

5+ years of Quick Service Restaurant Director of Operations background (Food Service Director of Operations) background
Experience overseeing a team of District Managers
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university desired
Must be a strong organizer, team leader, and people developer
Must be able to review, understand and prepare budgets , company business proformas, operating statements and other corporate financial documents
Must have a great sense of urgency and follow-through to deliver best in class customer service
Must be creative and have the ability to handle multiple projects at once
Must have the skill to present information to groups of clients, employees and company leadership
Must be willing to travel regionally

Compensation will include :

Salary base $115-125K annually
20% annual Bonus potential
