Treasury Manager

Owning treasury and financial operations, the full-time remote Treasury and FinOps Manager will manage cash, collections, payments, and accounts receivable/payable while focusing on automating processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Oversee the full cycle of accounts receivable and payable, ensuring processes are current and traceable Develop and implement a collections strategy to shorten the collection cycle and improve follow-up Manage cash visibility, reconciliations, and maintain organized payment calendars for timely vendor and seller payments Required qualifications Proven experience in financial operations or treasury management Bilingual in Spanish and English Demonstrated ownership and leadership capabilities with a drive to grow into strategic roles Comfortable using technology and AI to enhance financial processes Strong financial judgment and problem-solving skills
