Social Media Content Creator - Skincare & Beauty

American Intl Beauty is looking for a creative storyteller who lives and breathes beauty, skincare, & cosmetics, and knows how to turn products into scroll-stopping content.

You’ll help bring our brands to life on social media—creating fun, engaging, trend-driven content that people actually want to watch, share, and save.

Responsibilities

• Create eye-catching TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video content
• Come up with fresh, fun ideas for product content, trends, and campaigns
• Shoot and edit photos and videos that show off beauty and skincare products
• Turn product benefits into content that feels real, relatable, and engaging
• Jump on trends and adapt them quickly for brand content
• Support content calendars and help keep posts consistent and on-brand
• Track what’s working and use insights to make content even better next time
• Work closely with marketing and brand teams to bring campaign ideas to life

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience creating social media content
• Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or related lifestyle industries
• Strong skills in short-form video (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
• Comfortable shooting and editing content independently
• Familiar with tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar
• Strong sense of trends, aesthetics, and what performs on social media
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and storytelling through content
• Organized, fast-moving, and excited to create often and experiment

Bonus Points

• You’ve worked with beauty or skincare brands before
• You understand UGC-style content and influencer trends
• You love spotting trends early and jumping on them fast
• You can turn even simple product shots into something fun and engaging
