Data Program Manager

Job Title: Data Program Manager Seeking an experienced and motivated Data Program Manager to join our Data Engineering team. In this role, you will lead and manage strategic data engineering programs, ensuring successful execution and delivery on regulatory commitments. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, set up new programs, and guide teams to achieve program objectives. Key Responsibilities: Represent key initiatives, including program metrics and data remediation efforts, to Data Engineering leadership. Develop and manage program plans with clear objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Drive program execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Use PowerPoint to communicate progress and achievements. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and lead change management efforts. Qualifications: 8-10 years of program management experience. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management expertise. Experience in change management and adaptability.
