Front Desk & Guest Services Welcome guests, answer questions, assist with admissions, memberships, and attractions, help families get the most out of their visit, and facilitate the purchase of attraction passes, arcade cards, and party packages. Attraction Attendants Help guests enjoy rides, attractions, arcade games, laser tag, go‑karts, bowling, and more while ensuring a safe, exciting, and memorable experience. Food & Beverage Team Members Prepare and serve food and drinks while delivering outstanding hospitality in cafés, bars, restaurants, and event spaces. Technical Services Team Members Maintain and repair arcade games, rides, attractions, and go‑karts to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality operation. Party Hosts & Event Team Members Bring celebrations to life by hosting birthday parties, group events, and special occasions while making every guest feel celebrated and welcomed.
