Details:

• Modality: NP or PA with occupational health experience
• Med Surveillance Questionnaire review, physical exams/DOT, injury (initial) eval first aid/treatment.
• Schedule: M-TH, 6:30a-5p k required
• Clinic closes at 4:00pm on Fridays
• Hours: 40 hours per week, 17 weeks
