Location: Otsego, MN
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and outreach
- Conduct insurance reviews and identify opportunities to better protect clients
- Follow up on warm leads and sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Assist clients with policy changes and service requests
- Work toward obtaining and maintaining required insurance licenses
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive mindset with a desire to win
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, or leadership experience is a plus
- Insurance license preferred but not required
