Infant Care Coordinators play a vital role in creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment where infants and toddlers can grow, explore, and thrive. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Infant Care Coordinator with strong knowledge of infant and toddler development and hands‑on experience caring for babies in a professional setting. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with families, children, and staff. Key Responsibilities Oversee the infant and toddler program across classrooms, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and developmental learning. Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing support to teachers and caregivers. Build positive relationships with families through open communication and collaboration. Apply current knowledge and research in infant development and early childhood care practices. Conduct classroom observations and quality checks to maintain program excellence. Support daily operations and ensure a nurturing environment for infants and toddlers. Qualifications Education: Associate degree or higher in Nursing or Early Childhood Education, OR Infant/Toddler CDA credential Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers in a licensed childcare setting, OR At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment Strong understanding of infant care, developmental milestones, feeding routines, sleep schedules, and responsive caregiving practices is required.
