Quality Inspector

Ensure all repaired and manufactured components meet customer specifications, quality standards, and applicable procedures through setup, in-process, and final inspections.
Maintain compliance with NOV policies, HSE requirements, and the Tuboscope Threading Quality Manual.
Verify product quality by inspecting parts, auditing operator inspections, and confirming adherence to quality system, licensing agency, and customer requirements.
Support the Quality Management System by completing inspection reports, documenting non-conformances, and communicating quality issues to management.
Ensure production documentation is accurate and complete by auditing facility paperwork and supporting quality documentation requirements.
Perform acceptance inspections of purchased materials and manage customer authorizations for proprietary items to ensure only conforming materials enter production
