ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mary-Beth Burgess - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Located in Huntersville-Highland Creek
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Make outbound calls to customers who have requested insurance quotes, building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options.
• 8:30-5:00 M/W/F, 9:00-5:30 T/Th (1 Sat a month 10AM-2PM)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Base-$20hr-$24hr

• 45,000 - 125,000 Average Salary with Base + Commissions

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
