Integritus Healthcare is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.What We OfferCompetitive Pay: $50.00 - $55.00/hr (based on experience)Weekly payExceptional medical, dental, vision and other optional benefits403B Retirement PlanGenerous PTO packageGrowth and career advancement opportunitiesAdditional Benefits: Voluntary life and disability insurance, HRAResponsibilities:Program Leadership: Plan, develop, and direct a diverse schedule of engaging resident activity programs.Care Planning: Complete resident assessments and design individualized activity care plans.Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full compliance with state/federal regulations and participate in facility surveys.Staff Management: Recruit, interview, schedule, and supervise activity department personnel.Community Engagement: Involve families and residents in program planning and collaborate with local community agencies.Administrative Oversight: Manage department documentation, handle budgets, and report directly to the Administrator.Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate with nursing, social services, and discharge planning teams to support resident needs.Logistics & Transportation: Arrange safe transportation for resident field trips and external facility transfers.Others as deemed necessary and appropriate, or as may be directed by the consultant or administrator.Requirements/qualifications:Education: Minimum of an Associate degree; preferred.Credentials & Experience (Must meet at least one):Licensed Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (TRSs) or Activities Professional.Eligible for certification as a recreation specialist or activity professional.2+ years of social/recreation experience within the last 5 years (including 1 year full-time in a healthcare activities program).Communication: Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.Leadership & Professionalism: Proven ability to supervise staff, make independent decisions, and work harmoniously across teams.Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional patience, tact, cheerfulness, and enthusiasm when interacting with residents, families, and state regulators.Adaptability: Willingness to learn new activity methods and adapt programming to fit each resident's cognitive and maturity levels.Ready to Apply?Please apply and your corresponding recruiter will reach out to discuss opportunity and schedule an interview.
