Job Details Responsibilities Develop conceptual design packages during early‑stage project development. Collaborate with renewable energy developers and clients, supporting project scheduling and cost estimating efforts. Design structural foundations using industry‑standard software (e.g., LPILE or equivalent). Develop structural steel models for rigid bus systems and equipment support structures. Execute and support internal QA/QC processes to ensure design accuracy and compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program. 3+ years of civil/structural engineering experience performing design calculations. Proficiency with drafting tools such as AutoCAD and MicroStation preferred. Experience in transmission, distribution, or power generation projects is required. Strong analytical and computer skills with the ability to identify and utilize appropriate design software. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.
