Pay: Starting at $22 per hour + Daily Tips & Performance Bonuses

What You'll Be Doing (A Day in the Life):

• Lead the Crew: Drive our truck and trailer, guiding a 1-2 person team to complete jobs efficiently and safely across the Denver metro area.

• Be the Face of the Company: Greet customers with a professional and friendly attitude, providing clear, on-the-spot quotes for junk removal projects.

• Wow Our Customers: Deliver 5-star service by safely and carefully removing everything from old furniture and appliances to construction debris and yard waste.

• Solve Problems: Every day is different. You'll think on your feet to handle jobs of all sizes and complexities.

• Manage Logistics: Navigate to job sites and efficiently unload materials at the appropriate recycling centers, donation centers, and transfer stations.

Compensation & Perks:

• Starting Pay: $22/hour.

• Daily Cash Tips: Our customers are happy, and they show it! (Average of $20-$50+ per person, per day).

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry 75+ lbs.

• Must be 21+ years of age (for insurance purposes).

• Experience driving a truck with a trailer is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Must be professional, trustworthy, and have a customer-first mindset.
