What You'll Do Every Day
Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure consistent coverage Serve as the communication hub between families and caregivers Support caregivers with clarity, empathy, and problem-solving Assist with recruiting and onboarding new team members Step in to support nearby Comfort Keepers offices when needed
What We're Looking For
We're serious about finding the right fit someone who sees this as more than just a job. To thrive in this role, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Hold a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Live within 1020 miles of Luzerne
- Be available MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Have staffing or scheduling experience (preferred, but we'll train a dependable learner)
