We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our clinical team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) / Behavior Technicians (BTs). Position Summary

The RBT/BT will provide direct, one-on-one ABA services under the supervision and clinical direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) .

The RBT/BT is responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans, supporting skill acquisition, assisting with behavior-reduction programs, collecting accurate clinical data, and promoting the development of functional and independent living skills.

Essential Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision and direction of the BCBA/QBA.

• Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy based on each client's individualized treatment goals.

• Teach and support the development of communication, social, behavioral, academic, and daily living skills.

• Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-intervention procedures with consistency and fidelity.

• Collect accurate and timely data during therapy sessions.

• Assist clients in developing functional skills and increasing independence.

• Follow all clinical protocols, treatment procedures, and supervisory recommendations.

• Maintain a safe, structured, supportive, and respectful therapeutic environment.

• Communicate professionally with BCBAs/QBAs, families, and other members of the client's treatment team.

• Participate in required staff meetings, training, supervision, and professional development activities.

• Complete all required clinical documentation accurately and within established deadlines.

• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Demonstrate professionalism, dependability, and ethical conduct at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong interest in working with children and supporting individuals with developmental needs.

• Individuals interested in beginning a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) are encouraged to apply.

• Previous experience working with children, individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, education, healthcare, or ABA is preferred but not required.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, treatment protocols, and supervisory direction.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Demonstrated patience, professionalism, reliability, and willingness to learn.

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team.

• Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality.

RBT Training & Certification

• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course is strongly preferred.
  
  
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred.

• Candidates who have completed the 40-hour RBT training and are in the process of obtaining their RBT certification are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates who have not yet completed the 40-hour training but are interested in pursuing a career in ABA may also be considered based on qualifications and eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Current RBT certification or active pursuit of RBT certification.

• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training requirement.

• Previous experience providing ABA services or working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

• Interest in pursuing long-term professional growth within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

• Strong ability to build positive and professional relationships with clients and families.

• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when responding to challenging behaviors.

• Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and client-centered services.
