Inventory Coordinator

Location: Pasadena, CA (Onsite) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $19–$20/hour Position Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Coordinator to support daily inventory and product operations within a corporate office setting. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong eye for accuracy, the ability to work independently, and experience in inventory or retail environments, particularly with merchandise tagging and product verification. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming stock and reconcile products against invoices for accuracy Verify item details by cross‑checking product tags against system records Ensure all merchandise is correctly labeled and processed according to company standards Prepare products for return to manufacturers when needed Assist with distribution and shipment preparation to retail locations Maintain organized records and update tracking systems, including Excel Meet daily processing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Qualifications A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in inventory, retail operations, or merchandise processing required Hands‑on experience with tagging, labeling, or product verification strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, basic functions) Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable working in a quiet, focused environment Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
