This role is responsible for accurately picking merchandise cases and preparing them for shipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and value precision, this is a great opportunity for you!Pay & ScheduleStarting Pay: $19/ hrShift Differential: $1.00Schedule: Monday- Friday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AMResponsibilitiesPick merchandise cases based on store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity.Transfer cases to pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport.Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines.Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.QualificationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.0–2 years of warehouse or case picking experience preferred.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.BenefitsCompetitive pay with shift differential.Health, dental, and vision insurance options.Paid time off and holiday pay.Employee discount program.Opportunities for growth and advancement.Great benefits for great people.
