Scrum Master

Scrum Master Daily Duties / Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum activities such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. Ensure team follows Scrum framework and agile principles. Promote continuous improvement through retrospective and feedback sessions. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time. Pre-employment Checks (drug, credit, criminal, motor vehicle)? Fully Onsite. No remote work allowed. Candidate location: Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense. Required Skills (rank in order of Importance): 3+ Years of Experience as a Scrum Master. 3+ Years of Experience with Azure DevOps. 3+ Years of Experience with Leading Scrum Ceremonies. 3+ Years of Experience with DB Querying and Programming. 3+ Years of Experience with Agile Project Management Tools. 3+ Years of Experience with hybrid project management (Agile combined with Waterfall). Bachelor’s Degree - field of study is open but the degree must be complete and verifiable. Required Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree Additional Skills: Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills (rank in order of Importance): Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certification in Agile methodologies, like Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Government Experience. ERP Experience.
