Job Responsibilities

Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders.  Monitor wave performance and make adjustments as needed to meet changing demands in order to meet customer SLAS Resolve issues interfering with on-time completion of orders.   Communicate / escalate issues  Monitor inventory levels and work with operations to ensure inventory is correctly allocated for outbound orders  Ensure that inventory is properly allocated to meet wave plans and customer demands.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance warehouse operations and streamline workflows.  Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.  Communicate with Client Services on issues of non-workable orders. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to wave planning and order fulfillment.  Identifying possible bottlenecks and solving them before they escalate Point of contact with the operation team when there are problems with orders, systems and material Actively engaged with process optimization and suggestion improvements Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written Extensive and demonstrable experience in the use of Excel and SAP Experience in production / logistics processes, preferably in contract logistics Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment  Strong analytical skills

Able to stand/walk for long periods of time   Requires ability to stand/reach/stoop/bend Manufacturing Environment   Must be able to bend, pull, push, lift, and traverse stairs May lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to sit for long periods of time Must be able to do data entry for long periods of time Bright, temperature controlled office environment
