I’m working with a unicorn-stage AI company that has just raised over $150M and is scaling rapidly. They’re looking for a Recruiter with 2-5 years’ experience to join their Talent Acquisition team and take ownership of full-cycle hiring across Strategy, Operations and business-facing role s . This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working at pace, building strong pipelines and partnering closely with hiring managers to bring in exceptional talent. What you’ll be doing: Owning full-cycle recruitment across Strategy, Operations & business roles Building proactive candidate pipelines through creative outbound sourcing Partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership Managing multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously Improving recruiting processes, playbooks, and candidate experience What they’re looking for: 2-5 years’ full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth startup In-house startup experience is essential Experience hiring across Operations, Strategy or B2B SaaS Comfortable managing multiple, high-volume requisitions Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS preferred Stable career history Based in New York City and comfortable working on-site 4-5 days per week If you’re an ambitious recruiter who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to work at the cutting edge of AI, I’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Macmillan Davies
