CBEM brings lasting, positive changes to the individuals with developmental disabilities we serve, some of whom experience mental illness. Our process begins with observations from which we design a comprehensive plan. It continues on as we teach our clients and their circle of support how to obtain positive, sustainable outcomes. Location Roseville, CA (and surrounding counties). In‑person/on‑site required. Reports to Program Director Employment Status Full‑time, Hourly Salary $29.61 hourly + quarterly bonuses. Must have a California Driver’s license in good standing and valid insurance. Preferred: Experience with the developmentally disabled population. Job Responsibilities Provide support to individuals in crisis (preventative, acute, or chronic crisis management). Implement strategies and interventions developed by CBEM’s Critical Intervention Specialist (CIS). Consult with a psychiatrist, BCBA, and psychologist. Participate in clinical trainings. Participate in and/or facilitate interdisciplinary planning meetings.
