Physician - Pediatrics

Permanent Pediatrician – Outpatient | Hawthorne, California

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Pediatrician for a permanent opportunity with a multi-site FQHC outpatient clinic network serving underserved communities in California. Position details include:

Job Type: Permanent

Specialty: Pediatrics (Primary Care)

Setting: Outpatient only

Start Date: ASAP

Team-based, multidisciplinary environment

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

No nights or weekend call

Practice Environment: Average 20–22 patients per day

High-volume FQHC system serving underserved and uninsured populations

Collaborative team including physicians, APPs, behavioral health, and dental providers

Approximately 180,000 visits annually across 48,000 patients

Requirements:

Board Eligible or Board Certified – Pediatrics

Open to new graduates and experienced providers

Active California license (or ability to obtain)

Interest in serving underserved populations
