Schedule Full‑time, Wednesday through Friday (3 days per week) Consistent, predictable schedule designed to support work‑life balance Built with flexibility to ensure long‑term sustainability and satisfaction Benefits and Compensation As a criticalist you can expect to make $250,000-$300,000 based on experience, with additional production compensation.
