QUALITY INSPECTOR SUPERVISOR
\n \nA growing manufacturing company in Itasca, IL is looking for a Quality Inspector Supervisor to lead the inspection team and help ensure products meet customer and internal quality requirements.
\nThis is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong background in manufacturing quality inspection who can lead a team, troubleshoot quality issues, and work closely with production and engineering.
\n \nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n- \n
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the quality inspection team \n
- Perform and oversee dimensional and visual inspections of manufactured parts \n
- Review inspection results and ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements \n
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T \n
- Use precision measurement equipment including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools \n
QUALIFICATIONS
\n- \n
- 3+ years of manufacturing quality inspection experience \n
- Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred \n
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge \n
- Experience with precision measuring equipment \n
