Requirements Must complete the required RBT training and obtain RBT certification within 120 days of hire Experience working with children is preferred; autism experience is a plus Reliable transportation Consistent and professional availability Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn Passion for helping children learn and develop meaningful skills RBT Certification Amaze ABA Therapy provides access to the required 40-hour RBT training course and support throughout the certification process. Employees are responsible for the initial BACB application and RBT exam fees. These fees are reimbursed after the employee becomes RBT certified and completes 90 days of client services. Job Summary As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
