University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Troy MI. As a Home Care Worker you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene meal preparation and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Monitor and report changes in clients conditions to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect clients privacy at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.
- Compassionate patient and reliable personality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Must pass background checks.
- Valid drivers license or reliable transportation preferred.
