Safely operate forklifts while complying with all safety procedures. Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns. Deliver raw materials to production equipment in a timely manner. Remove finished products from production lines and maintain organized inventory storage. Accurately complete inventory and equipment documentation. Support production goals by following schedules and recommending process improvements. Assist with shipping operations and provide backup support when needed. Prepare and submit production and operational reports. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with general labor and handwork projects as needed. Qualifications Previous forklift operating experience required. Forklift certification is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift. Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally with assistance. Comfortable working around moving machinery and in a loud manufacturing environment. Must be able to wear required PPE.
