Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees. In Yakima, WA: pay rate range is $90,000 to $133,040. In Kennewick, WA: pay rate range is $92,000 to $146,340. In Wenatchee, WA: pay rate range is $101,300 to $139,690.
