Aligning People Strategies with Business Success. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, helping drive organizational success through employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive, high-performing culture while supporting leaders and employees across the organization. The Sr. HRBP will lead employee relations efforts, partner with leadership on organizational effectiveness initiatives, support recruiting and retention strategies, and provide guidance on HR best practices, compliance, and performance management. This position works closely with leadership and Safety to align people strategies with business objectives. Pay Range: $78,724,38 - $99,100.10 per year, as applicable, based on your experience, skills, and qualifications. Bonus Eligibility: This position is eligible for an annual individual incentive based on company performance. Maximum bonus amounts may vary depending on role.
