Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome guests and manage all aspects of the dining experience with enthusiasm, acting as a crucial Front of House Team Member.
Provide expert knowledge of the food and beverage menu, offering personalized suggestions and answering questions accurately.
Ensure the dining area remains clean, presentable, and ready to host guests at all times.
Proactively anticipate guest needs and address any concerns swiftly and effectively to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly.
Process payments efficiently and handle all transactions with integrity and care.
Actively contribute to a team-oriented environment by supporting colleagues during peak hours.
