Plant Operator

Plant Operator Location: Nelson MN Job Overview Perform maintenance, equipment operation, grounds and housekeeping tasks to maintain buildings, grounds and equipment managed by regional business entities. What You’ll Accomplish Perform emergency and routine repairs and maintenance on plant equipment and structures at the site locations. Conduct routine inspections of plant and mobile equipment. Assist in various projects at the plant locations to ensure production is maintained. Maintain the appearance of the plant and yard area using general housekeeping practices. Perform assignments as outlined by supervisors, following standard procedures for safety and operational efficiency. Safely perform maintenance activities to maintain plant efficiency. Perform other duties as required. Demonstrate commitment to safety, health, and environmental policies, promoting a culture of safety. What We’re Looking For Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Required Work Experience: Minimum of one year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent equipment operation skills. Travel Requirements: None. Additional Requirements Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim Approved Personal Protection Equipment (“PPE”).
