Why Join About Kids and Adults Too Home Health Care Very competitive pay, with the potential to earn up to $120,000 annually for full-time SLPs (25 visits/week) Unique compensation structure providing extra support for clinicians new to home health PRN, part-time, and full-time positions available Opportunity to work with pediatric AND/OR adult patients – you choose Weekly payroll Therapist-owned, locally managed company Referral bonuses Flexible scheduling to fit your availability Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Office Team Support for all Non-Clinical Needs Responsibilities Provide home-based therapy services to pediatric and adult patients Create and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and families Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans Requirements Must hold a Master’s degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited program Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the state of Colorado CPR certification Qualifications A Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology with a bachelor’s degree in the Field of Speech and Hearing Therapy preferred Preferably a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Must be Licensed in Colorado Must have a criminal background check Must have current CPR certification Job Conditions The ability to drive and access consumers’ homes, which may not be routinely wheelchair accessible, is required. Hearing, eyesight, and physical dexterity must be sufficient to perform a physical assessment of the consumer's condition and to provide care. The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing in English, is required. Equipment Speech therapy equipment and hand washing materials.
