Client Relationship Specialist | Franklin, TN We're looking for someone clients and advisors can count on to keep things organized, on track, and handled with care. Location: Franklin, TN (in office) Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 based on experience, bonus eligible Status: Full time The Role Support senior advisors by managing client relationships, meeting prep, paperwork, and follow-through, so clients feel taken care of and advisors can focus on planning. New business development is handled separately; this role is 100% client care and advisor support. What You'll Do Prepare for and follow up on client meetings, including reports and paperwork Serve as a go-to contact for clients by phone, email, and in person Handle account opening, investment paperwork, money movement, and reporting Place trades at an advisor's direction Keep advisor calendars, deadlines, and client records organized Support client events and day-to-day office needs What You'll Bring 3+ years in financial services, ideally wealth management or an RIA Series 65 license preferred, or willingness to obtain Bachelor's degree preferred, not required Strong communication and relationship management skills Sharp attention to detail across multiple systems and priorities A track record of sticking with roles and growing within them Growth Path Toward financial planning: support pursuing a CFP or FPQP designation Toward deeper client service: family office work with top-tier clients Benefits Health insurance dental PTO VTO financial wellness 401(k) with company match tuition reimbursement We're a small, family-run RIA focused on high-net-worth clients, and we invest in the people who invest in us.
