COOK (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Overview We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time COOK positions at 701 Oakland Avenue, Rock Hill, SC 29730. Online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full-time and part-time; days and hours may vary. Weekends required. Open availability. More details upon interview. Pay Range: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour. Responsibilities Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedules. Serve meals or prepare for delivery with correct portioning, appropriate temperatures, and appealing presentation. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment; assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required. Assist in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies; report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas; follow safe food-handling procedures including HACCP standards. Adhere to company policies and procedures; wear appropriate protective gear as required. Qualifications Prior experience using a grill, making pizza, and high-volume cooking is required.
