Shelter Case Manager — Family Services & Impact

Metropolitan Ministries is seeking a full-time Housing Case Manager to provide in-office case management for families in the residential shelter program. You will assess needs, develop support plans, and ensure confidential data handling in HMIS (Unity). You will coordinate groups, monitor monthly updates, and collaborate with service providers to maximize family stability and independence.
