- Kitchen Team Members

- Prepare and cook menu items according to Black Bear Diner standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent food quality and timely service.
- Deliver friendly service and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable with excellent attendance.
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train motivated individuals.
