Cooks
Kitchen Team Members
Crew Members

What You'll Do:

Prepare and cook menu items according to Black Bear Diner standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent food quality and timely service.
Deliver friendly service and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

What We're Looking For:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable with excellent attendance.
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train motivated individuals.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
