ACCESS Physical Therapy & Wellness, a member of the Confluent Health family, is hiring a full-time Pelvic Health Physical Therapist for our Clayton, NC clinic. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered treatment
• Educate patients and support achievement of functional goals
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) or eligible for North Carolina licensure
• Passion for outpatient orthopedic and patient-centered care
• Interest or experience in Pelvic Health, Women's Health, Sports Medicine, or Manual Therapy preferred
• Desire for continued professional growth and specialty development
• CPR and First Aid Certification required

Compensation: $73,000-$100,000 annually, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities available for specialty certifications, advanced clinical expertise, and location-based differentials.
