Job Summary Data Analyst - IT IV (Product Analyst - CIAM)
- Analyze data related to customer identity and access management (CIAM), focusing on login, registration, enrollment, authentication, and account recovery journeys.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting views using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools to monitor funnel conversion, drop-off rates, error patterns, and authentication success rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Fraud Prevention, UX, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs), event tracking, and measurement strategies.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable insights and recommendations to inform CIAM product enhancements and prioritization.
- Support data analysis for A/B testing, feature rollouts, production changes, incident reviews, and post-release assessments.
- Document data definitions, reporting logic, business rules, and known data limitations to ensure consistent metric usage across stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced SQL and data querying skills for complex data extraction and schema analysis.
- Apply expertise in digital funnel and customer journey analysis to track conversion trends and user experience telemetry.
- Define and integrate event-tracking specifications for CIAM platforms into analytics tools.
- Optionally leverage tools like Quantum Metric, Splunk, and AI solutions to improve analysis and workflow efficiency.
- Communicate data-driven narratives effectively to both technical and business audiences.
