Essential Functions Enthusiastically greets every guest with a smile and positive attitude. Takes guests’ orders using the Velvet Taco steps of service. Ensures dine‑in, to‑go and call‑in orders are properly rung up in the POS. Handles all cash, credit card and gift card transactions. Checks identification before serving alcohol according to state law. Maintains a clean, sanitized service area. Has full knowledge of all food & beverage menu items. Maintains a driven, intense pace with good cleaning habits throughout shift. Other functions as assigned by management. Has fun and Kick Ass.
